Description

Detection of vaccine mRNA in exosomes (PBMCs)

This test explores the possible presence of vaccine-derived mRNA in exosomes or peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs).

While mRNA from vaccines may be detectable for a limited time after vaccination, mRNA is inherently unstable and rapidly degraded in the body. If present, it is expected to occur at very low levels and may only be detectable within a short time window.

The analysis requires highly sensitive molecular techniques and is currently classified as a research-use analysis.

This analysis is not intended for diagnosis, treatment decisions, or assessment of vaccine safety or efficacy.
