This is a Helicobacter IgG-/IgA- (DotBlot, lineblot) test, HLO-AK, Helicobacter confirmative test.

The lineblot also allows the specific detection of H. pylori type I strains by detecting antibodies against CagA and VacA.

Sample type

This test requires a blood draw.
The lab requires 1x Serum (orange lid) for this test.

1x serum is usually sufficient for multiple antibody tests.
