Description
The hs-CRP test accurately detects lower levels of the protein than the standard C-Reactive Protein (CRP test). This test is used to evaluate individuals for risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD).
It may be recommended that measurement of hs-CRP greater than 10 mg/L be repeated twice, optimally two weeks apart, in patients free of infection or acute illness.
This test is carried out by ArminLabs, a DAKKs, CLIA, and CAP-certified laboratory in Germany. The shipping/courier cost of £50 (added at checkout) includes the DHL Medical Express packaging and paperwork for customs.
